This song is about the exploration of the large metropolis that is Spectrum Station. Think Tokyo but floating just outside of Jupiter. The first verse is supposed to express a tense unsureness of the city at first sight. But those worries are put to rest when they join hands in the first chorus and travel and explore together. The joyous uplifting tone of the second verse expresses their synchronistic joy. This ultimately rises into the rejoining of the last chorus where are main characters are truly letting themselves be free together for the first time forever. I like to think they finished the night off with great food, better drink, and the best night of their lives.
